偽綠豆椪-簡易黃豆椪

寫食譜前 要講一下黃豆椪的由來 XDD
幾個月前 收到了台從台灣寄來的九陽豆漿機
是台讓我感動得想哭的豆漿機 但又覺得很好笑
原因是 我是要自己買豆漿機的 但我一直在觀望
豆漿機在美國就買得到 看型號 但大概110~170買的到
我親愛的朋友 只因為我曾經說過我想要豆漿機 就把它寄來了 =.=
收到時的心情很複雜 因為我真不希望朋友亂花錢
而且運費又可以再買台豆漿機了
大家聽到都異口同聲的說 "是個男的吧!"
我說 "是 的確是個男的 但是是我好朋友的老公"
因為總是我朋友跟她老公說Velen需要/想要甚麼
她老公就馬上衝去買 =.=
這其實不是第一次了 我出國前也是 她老公覺得我需要隻錄音筆
就挑了隻當時最好的錄音筆送給我
某年生日 那之前我也只是不經意的說覺得Tiffany某條項鍊還挺好看的
那年生日我就收到Tiffany的Gift card =____=
阿姐說 原來你也是憑甚麼姐 隨口說東西就會出現
我應該只是疼我的朋友太多 總這麼義不容辭

豆漿機的到來 當然還是讓我很開心 我非常認真的使用
因而產生了很多豆渣 所以就突發奇想把綠豆椪改做成黃豆椪

正經的主要食譜:

[黃豆餡]
1. 擠乾的黃豆渣 100g (要多乾...很難講耶 不過是用手擠的乾的程度)
2. 黃糖 50g + 白糖 20g (要用黃糖才會有香味)
3. 扮在一起就是了
4. 戳成24個小圓球
Note: 很多人都建議炒過會比較香 但我個人懶惰
          如果要炒的話 可加些無鹽奶油約20g

[外皮]
外皮也是個偷懶 直接用酥皮來做
做法跟做偷懶蛋塔一樣 先弄成一張張的圓皮 約24張
Note:很多人也都說油皮酥皮不難做 可以參考周老師食譜

[合體]
1. 就包起來就是了 XDD
2. 一顆蛋黃打散+約1/4tp的水變成蛋液刷在表面上
3. 350F烤約10分鐘 轉300F烤15分鐘
Note: 可不刷蛋液 我覺得不刷比較容易保存

這就是用黃豆渣發展出的偽綠豆椪
吃起來真的很像綠豆椪 算是個得意的創意 XDD

美國免簽證 (B1/B2)

台灣自10/2/2012開始在VWP中 (美國免簽證計畫)

想到不用排的長長的隊再去做美簽面談就覺得很開心
但是只適用觀光以及商務 (B1/B2) 90天內

看了一下申請非常簡單 美在台協會提供還挺詳細的資訊

只要上網填表申請 (here) 費用是14元美金 有效期兩年
重點是 必須要是電子晶片護照

填表的資訊跟以往美簽申請雷同
但可以少填很多資訊

主要需要的資訊分成幾類 (詳細資訊以及出處):
而這些資訊會建議先準備好在身邊 才不會措手不及
想當然在填美簽申請的時候 就一直被踢出系統 XDDD

個人資訊:

Field	Description
Birth Date, Day 生日-日	Choose the day on which you were born. The day of birth is required to complete the application or to check the status of your application.
Birth Date, Month 生日-月	Choose the month in which you were born. The month of birth is required to complete the application or to check the status of your application.
Birth Date, Year 生日-年	Choose the year in which you were born. The year of birth is required to complete the application or to check the status of your application.
Country of Birth 出生地國家	Choose the country in which you were born. The country where you were born is required to complete the application.
Country Where You Live 現居地國家	Choose the country in which you reside. The country where you live is required to complete the application.
E-mail Address	Enter the e-mail address at which you can be contacted. The e-mail address is optional to complete the application. Your e-mail address is used to notify you 30 days before your ESTA application expires or if there is a change in your ESTA status.  We highly recommend you fill in the e-mail address field.
Family Name 姓	Enter your family name as the family name appears on your passport under the Family Name or Surname field. The family name is required to complete the application.
First (Given) Name 名	Enter your first (given) name as the first name appears on your passport under the First or Given Name field. Do not include the middle name in this field. First name is required to complete the application. If you do not have a first name, then enter the letters FNU which stands for First Name Unknown.
Sex 性別	Choose your gender, either male or female. The sex (gender) is required to complete the application.
*此欄選擇性 Telephone Number, Country Code 聯絡電話(包含國碼, 台灣是886)	Choose the country code of the telephone number where you can be contacted. The country code and telephone number are optional to complete the application.

護照資訊:

Field	Description

Passport Issuance Date, Day 護照發照-日	Choose the day on which your passport was issued, as it appears on your passport under the Date of Issue field. The day on which the passport was issued is required to complete the application.
Passport Issuance Date, Month 護照發照-月	Choose the month in which your passport was issued, as it appears on your passport under the Date of Issue field. The month in which the passport was issued is required to complete the application.
Passport Issuance Date, Year 護照發照-年	Choose the year in which your passport was issued, as it appears on your passport under the Date of Issue field. The year in which the passport was issued is required to complete the application.
Passport Issuing Country 護照發照國家	Choose the country of citizenship, as it appears on your passport. The passport issuing country is required to complete the application.
Passport Number 護照號碼	Enter your passport number as it appears on your passport. The passport number may contain numbers and/or characters. Please closely distinguish between the number zero and the letter O. The passport number is required to complete the application or to check the status of your application.
Personal Identification Number 身分證字號	Enter your personal identification number as it appears on your passport. (Applies to Taiwan passport holders only)

 

航班資訊 (*選擇性, 如果知道的話):

Field	Description
Carrier Information, Carrier Name 搭乘航空公司名稱	Choose the carrier name for the carrier on which you will be traveling to the United States, if your travel information is available. The carrier name is optional to complete the application.
Carrier Information, Flight Number or Vessel Name 搭乘班機航班編號	Enter the flight number or vessel name for the carrier on which you will be traveling to the United States, if your travel information is available. The flight number or vessel name is optional to complete the application.
City Where You are Boarding 出發地	Enter the last city where you will board an aircraft prior to arriving in the United States on this trip. The city where the applicant will board is optional to complete the application.

美國連絡人資訊:

Field	Description
Address Line 1 地址 (只需填寫門牌號碼, 街名)	Enter the number and street of the location where you will stay while in the United States. Do not include the city and state in this field. Address Line 1 is optional to complete the application. If multiple locations are planned, enter the first address. If the complete address is not known, enter the name of the hotel or location you will visit. You may update this information once confirmed. If you are leaving the United States immediately and do not have an address, enter the words "In Transit" and your final destination location.
Address Line 2 地址 (填寫apartment/suite/unit號碼)	Enter apartment, suite, unit, floor, building, or other, if appropriate. Do not include the city and state in this field. Address line 2 is optional to complete the application.
City 城市	Enter the city of the address where you will stay while in the United States. The city is optional to complete the application.
State 州	Enter the state of the address where you will stay while in the United States. The state is optional to complete the application.
